Calorie Controlled Diet Plans That Work

Thinking of trying out a weight-loss diet plan which is designed to offer you an overall healthy eating program?

Breakfast

Half cup fiber, cereal and half cup skimmed milk
3 boiled egg whites
Half cup strawberries
1 piece calorie-reduced weight watchers toast.
(Total: 275 cals)

Lunch

Spinach salad and half cup grated broccoli and carrot.
8 cherry tomatoes, half cup black beans, half cup of corn, a third cup of low fat mozzarella cheese with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette.
(Total: 420 calories)

Dinner

1 cup of diced/skewered chicken breast, broiled on BBQ.
1 large ear of corn
Salad including tomato, lettuce, carrot, peppers with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette.
(Total: 400 calories)

Snacks through day and evening
(if needed)

1 cup of special K cereal
1 nectarine or peach
(100 calories)

Total for Day : 1195 calories.

1 Nutri-Grain reduced fat whole wheat waffle
Quarter cup blueberries
Quarter cup no-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
2 strawberries
1 packet spelenda

Lunch

Mexican pizza, comprising:
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 ounces skinless chicken breast
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoons low fat cheddar cheese
Half cup red pepper
Quarter cup salsa

8 Baby Carrot Sticks
(Total: 340 calories)
Dinner

8 ounces skimmed milk
3 oz lean ground turkey
Half cup tomato sauce
Half cup whole wheat penne pasta
1 cup steamed broccoli
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
(Total: 505 calories)

Snacks through day and evening

(if needed)

8 whole wheat pretzels
1 orange
(Total: 170 calories)

Total for Day : 1215 calories.
